This cover art screams a lot of symbolism.  

First, Anyone can ride on her, she must have been tired of Luc Carl's crappy humping.

Second, Gaga will take whoever who believes in her to a place of self-assurance and self-worth.

Third, her half mechanical-half slut stunt preaches to love yourself no matter who you are, no matter what you are made of.
