Designated driver Kerry Katona is in high spirits as she leaves manager's clinic launch

Bad angle? Kerry Katona looks in high spirits as she leaves manager Claire Powell's party in London last night before driving home

Perhaps the cameras caught her at a bad moment or she had simply had an exhausting day.

But Kerry Katona looked less than sparkling as she left the launch party for her manager Claire Powell's face and body clinic.

The reality star was the designated driver for the evening, chauffeuring Mel B's sister Danielle home from the London bash, but looked like she could have done with a nap before venturing off into the night.

Katona got the giggles as she opened the driver's side door, covering her face with her hand and stifling laughs as minders guided her to the car.

The mother-of-four and Danielle Brown, both CAN Associates clients, buckled up before driving off.

Most of the CAN gang, including Peter Andre, Nicole McLean and Amy Childs, turned out for the event.

A spokesperson for Katona confirmed to Mail Online today that the reality star was not drinking at the party.

A noticeable absence was Elen Rivas, who chose to attend the star-studded production of Cleopatra at Sadler's Wells instead.

Before her dishevelled appearance at the end of the party, Katona looked confident as she posed for photographers outside the clinic.

The 30-year-old flashed plenty of flesh in a form-fitting pink, black and grey mini-dress - which gave a glimpse of her cleavage through a sheer panel and showed off her elaborate back tattoo.

Katona joined her celebrity friends - and fellow clients of her PR company CAN Associates - at the launch of their manager Powell's new celebrity cosmetic business in London's Harley Street.

Teaming her dress with a pair of black killer heels, her only accessory was a microphone battery pack stuck in the back of her dress, as she was accompanied by her ever-present film crew.

Powell - who appears in both Andre and Katona's reality TV shows - has opened Fabulous Face & Body HQ, which offers a range of treatments for famous clients, from mesotherapy and thread vein removal to double chin reduction and Botox.

Of course, two of her clients are no stranger to cosmetic treatments themselves.

The Only Way Is Essex star Childs, 20, has had a breast enlargement operation and was seen being injected with Botox in a recent episode of the reality show.

Katona underwent £8,000 worth of liposuction two years ago and last year got rid of her stretch marks by using a new non-surgical treatment called Mesosculpt.

Plus one: Nicole McLean and Amy Childs brought along dates, Nicola's husband Tom Williams and Amy's cousin Harry Derbridge

Announcing the clinic, Powell enthused: 'I am thrilled to be launching FAB across the UK starting with our leading clinic on 1 Harley Street. The clinic is the first of several that will be rolling out through the UK this year.

'FAB is run by an expert team of medical staff and is aimed at both VIPs and celebrity clients looking for private treatments.

'Image is key in the media and FAB offers a diverse range of private treatments for individuals under the scrutiny of the media spotlight who want to achieve the best look possible with the best treatments on offer.'
