Diaz has just filed a 'Malversation of Public Funds' Case in court against Angelica. This is with accordance to Jones' alleged lack of managerial and monetary transparency for the project.

Meanwhile, in a separate article also published in PEP, the sexy actress-turned-Provincial Board Member said she is not the one in charge of the funds, and that the City Treasurer's office handles the budget for the project.
Jones however did not mention anything about the Bank book.
