With Sidney Crosby sidelined by a concussion, the first pick in Friday night’s draft for the All-Star Game on Sunday was a complete mystery. The odds-on favorites were the two-time N.H.L. most valuable player Alex Ovechkin and Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos.
