What’s this? This may look like some strange, newly-discovered form of sea life, but it is actually just a blob of paint dropped into water. Artist Mark Mawson came up with the technique for a series of photographs he calls Aqueous.
And the following “white vertical drop” is my favorite one in the series. It is such a simple and beautiful form. Check out 8 more pics after the jump.
