Enrique Iglesias is the new face of the Azzaro Pour Homme fragrance.
The Spanish singer has been chosen to front the 31-year-old scent's new advertising campaign because of his "good looks" and "innate sensuality".
A statement on Enrique's official website said: "It takes a certain kind of man to personify the distinctive style of this iconic fragrance - the eternal charmer, a man who loves and respects women. The proverbial 'tall, dark and handsome'… good looks, unmistakable, innate sensuality, a magnetic personality and energy… that man is Enrique Iglesias, chosen by the brand to personify the enigmatic charisma of Azzaro Pour Homme starting in October 2009."
The popular men's scent was created in 1978 and has developed a stong fanbase ever since.
Artistic Director Michael Mallard, who was responsible for casting Enrique, apparently used the image to recreate the 34-year-old womaniser's "magnetic charm".
The statement continued: "The new Azzaro Pour Homme visual revisits the legend of the seducer, giving him a contemporary, magnetic charm. In a timeless black and white atmosphere, Enrique Iglesias embodies a new take on sensuality in the Azzaro Pour Homme universe. Passionately embraced by a woman bewitched by his fragrance, the man imposes his devastating charm. Enrique Iglesias sets the stage for relaxed elegance and conveys his reassuring, distinctive virility in the image of the sleek, sensual aura of Azzaro Pour Homme."
The campaign was shot by renowned photographer Steven Klein at New York's famous Pier 59 Studio.
