Size EIGHT Chanelle Hayes's shocking admission in her bid to drop a single dress size

By Daily Mail Reporter

Slim obsessed: Chanelle Hayes, pictured with her boyfriend Jack Tweed yesterday, has revealed that she has begged doctors for a gastric band

She put on five stone during her pregnancy and following the birth of her son, finding that diet and exercise weren’t working, Chanelle Hayes opted for surgery in a bid to banish her body woes.

But while the reality TV star has shrunk down to a slim size eight she is still not satisfied and has made a shocking admission – she has begged doctors for a gastric band to help her lose even more weight.

The Big Brother contestant, who was spotted earlier this week with her on-off boyfriend Jack Tweed after the pair reconciled for a third time, has revealed she would consider the most extreme measures to drop to a size six.

Speaking to Closer magazine Hayes, 23, said: ‘I’m 9st now and a size eight, but I want to lose another stone at least and drop down to a size 6.’

‘I’d have a gastric band if doctors would let me. I’ve already asked – I begged!’

It appears that the serious nature of the operation, nor the fact that at 9st she is clearly not a suitable candidate for the dangerous procedure, is lost on Hayes.

She added: ‘There’s something called a hypno band where they hypnotise you into thinking you’ve got a band, and I’d like to have a go at that.’

Hayes has recently got back together with her on-off boyfriend Jack Tweed following a number of extremely public spats on Twitter, and she was pictured with him yesterday at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent.

Changing shape: Chanelle Hayes, seen in 2007 before the birth of her son and her yo-yo dieting, wants to get down to a size 6

Not comfortable in her skin: Hayes, who put on five stone when she was pregnant with her son, wants to lose more weight following liposuction surgery

Speaking of Hayes's body issues to Closer, Tweed said: ‘I always tell her she needs to sort herself out because she thinks she’s fat when she’s not. I don’t want her to have liposuction, or more boob jobs- she doesn’t need it.’

Yesterday Hayes had travelled from her home in Yorkshire with her baby son Blakely to spend time with Tweed at a shopping centre.

The couple looked like a regular young family as they shopped in Bluewater in Kent.

Keen to stress their relationship was back on track following two very public break-ups, Hayes said they were booking their first holiday away together.

She wrote on Twitter: 'Where shall me and Jack take Blakely on his first holiday?? Wanna book it now.'

On Sunday, Tweed took Hayes and her nine-month-old son to the Paradise Wildlife Park in Broxbourne, Herts.

The couple are thought to have started dating again in March after previously splitting in November.

The couple first split last July just weeks before Hayes gave birth to Blakely - her son from her previous relationship with Middlesbrough footballer Matthew Bates.

But in November, Hayes revealed she had secretly reconciled and had starting dating Tweed again after launching a Twitter tirade against him.

Hayes was furious after she saw Jade Goody's widower photographed leaving a nightclub with glamour model Daisy Watts.

In February, the reality star admitted Tweed had been trying to win her back, but she wasn't interested.

She said: 'Jack’s still trying to get back with me at the moment, actually.

'But seeing as he’s trying to get into every other girl’s knickers at the moment, too, I’m not really that bothered.

'We’ve been on then off again too many times to mention - more than 100, anyway.'

Since Blakely's birth last July, Hayes has undergone a dramatic transformation.

In November, she underwent £4,500 worth of liposuction and a breast enlargement operation, taking her from a 34B to a 34F.

She underwent liposuction in March 2008.

And last month, she had her eyebrows tattooed on and raven hair extensions added to her shorter 'do.
