Are you taking workout tips from Madonna? Ellie Goulding shows off muscular biceps and toned pins in Lycra

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Been working out much? Ellie Goulding showed off her biceps yesterday and is a keen runner, she revealed

She might have been leaving the ITV studios following a guest appearance on the Lorraine show, but Ellie Goulding looked like she was exiting the gym.

The Starry Eyed singer’s footwear might not have been gym friendly but her shiny Lycra tights and muscle T-shirt certainly were.

The 24-year-old strolled out of the studio in her peep-toe heels, showing off her very toned arms sparking comparison to Madonna’s bulging biceps.

Keeping fit: Goulding has also been announced as the new ambassador for SoBe, a range of vitamin infused water - which she is holding here

Perhaps Ellie has been inspired by the music legend to get fit and healthy for the upcoming summer.

After leaving the chat show, Ellie wrote on her Twitter page: ‘Was just on lovely Lorraine. Running/tattoos etc etc can be seen on facebook. Check out my awesome presenting skills. Ha’

Inspired by Madonna? Ellie showed similarities to the pop legend, who is famous for her muscles too

Ellie also revealed that she’s a keen runner and would be interested in living the Miami lifestyle of running along the beach.

She said: ‘I would love to live out there and run. I love the whole lifestyle.’

The platinum blonde star said she tries to run every day unless she’s too tired, adding: ‘It’s something I feel like, as long as I’ve got the mentality that running is part of my life and I have to do it to survive.

Busy at work: Ellie leaving the BBC Radio 1 studios in London earlier this month

‘It’s like eating and sleeping. If I do miss a day, I just make up for it the next time I go for a run.’

And the keen runner even gives her fans the chance to jog along with her through her runs with Nike.

The star gives fans from cities around the UK the opportunity to be her sidekick through her Facebook page.

Is that really you, Madonna? The Material Girl finally upgrades her wardrobe as she steps out in sophisticated and mature outfit

By Daily Mail Reporter

Who's That Girl? Madonna looked very chic and sophisticated as she stepped out in a pretty purple outfit in New York yesterday

We're so used to seeing Madonna dress like someone half her age that we almost didn't recognise her.

She looked more like her 52 years than she ever has as she stepped out in New York today to do some shopping.

The pop star looked very chic in a very pretty floral lavender dress which she had teamed with a lilac cardigan, tied in a knot at her waist.

Madonna topped the outfit off with an oversized black bag and towering pale purple shoes.

The demure outfit was certainly a far cry from some of the wardrobe choices she makes.

In recent weeks, Madonna has been going for a more mature look, as anyone at the recent fashion gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art would testify.

Dressing her age: Madonna ditched the 20-something attire for something more mature and becoming

On that night, which was dedicated to the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen, she looked sensational in a blue, floor-length silk Stella McCartney gown that was adorned with stars cascading down the back.

However, Madonna is usually seen dressing like a 20-something rock chick or in something that she should leave to her daughter Lourdes to model.

Take the Vanity Fair Oscars party, for example, when she arrived, with her teenage offspring, in a leotard covered with a lace, see-through dress which displayed her bottom.

Slobby: Madonna looked more suited to a night out clubbing than a serious director on the set of W.E. last September

Too much on show? Madonna has no problem flashing a bit of flesh, even in her 50s

In comparison, Lourdes was the more chic of the two in her aztec-print shift dress.

At the New York premiere of Nine in 2009, Madonna left little to the imagination in a low-cut black lace dress and when she opened her Hard Candy gym in Mexico last November, she wore a dress that did nothing for her at all.

Been raiding your daughter's wardrobe again? Madonna's outfit at her gym opening in Mexico would have been more suitable for someone younger

Actress Grace Kelly, 1955
New York / Berlin, June 15, 2009 - From June 15-25 artnet Auctions will feature Icons: 20th-21st Century Photographic Portraits, a special sale of 200 original fine art photographs of legendary figures including The Beatles, Madonna, Marilyn Monroe, President Barack Obama and Elvis Presley.

Screen Sirens
Leading the sale is an exceptional group of fifteen photographs of screen stars Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe from the 1950s-1960s. Highlights include a rare photograph of Audrey Hepburn taken at the pinnacle of her career in 1956 by renowned portrait photographer Yousuf Karsh. This work has never before been seen at auction and is offered in pristine condition (estimate: $15,000-$20,000). Also featured in this section are two luminous portraits of Grace Kelly taken in 1955 by fashion photographer Howell Conant shortly before she became Princess of Monaco (estimates: $3,000-$3,500 each). The Beatles Land in Los Angeles, 1964 by Bill Ray captures the young musicians on their second world tour (estimate: $2,500-$3,500) while John Lennon, New York City taken by Bob Gruen in 1974 reflects the change in both the artist and the times (estimate: $1,400-$1,600).

Fashion Icons
Fashion icons also figure prominently in the auction, with works ranging from the 1930s to the present. Leading this group is a collection of 20 rare vintage portraits by Louise Dahl-Wolfe from the 1930s to 1950s. Lady Gaga - Electrifying Costumes

Singing divas of the concert stage have always sparkled in daring and enticing costumes, from Cher in her Paul Mackie creations to Madonna in the most outrageous yet stunning Jean Paul Gaultier creations, Kylie Minogue in Dolce & Gabbana and Jean Paul Gaultier, Britney Spears - Circus Tour designed by DSquared2, pop diva tours are the place to bare witness to the sexiest and trend setting looks in fashion.

Bubbling up in the fashion diva ranks is Lady Gaga.

Not only floating in bubbles but wearing a mini dress made out of bubbles, with ripped fishnet pantyhose and acrylic high heel stiletto shoes.

Not only was Lady Gaga bubbling, but her piano was made out of bubbles.

Lady Gaga used the bubbly piano to play "Future Love".

Another of Lady Gaga six costume changes during her performance at Terminal 5 in New York, reminded us of a futuristic outfit Jane Jetson would wear in the cartoon series The Jetson.

A very futureistic yellow mini skirt with billowing petticoat, plunging bodice and padded, pointing shoulders.

A lighted wand, ripped fishnet pantyhose and red and black topped high heel stiletto shoes completed the look.

Lady Gaga also changed into a skin tight leotard with sparkles, ripped fishnet pantyhose, ankle high skin colored spike high heel boots with spots and a policemen's cap.

Kind of reminded us of one of Britney Spears looks.

She also wore a silver metallic and blue miniskirt outfit with cavernous black petticoat, fishnet pantyhose and high heel shoes.

Fittingly, her concert brought out music divas Madonna and Cyndia Lauper. Yes, girls just want to have fun, and Lady Gaga provided a fun filled night.

Also in attendance was fashion designer Zac Posner.

But Lady Gaga sexiest outfit was not worn at her performance, but to the after party.

Lady Gaga wore a very risque, braless, open front, see thru maroon catsuit as she departed for the after party.

Lady Gaga and designer Ritchie Rich were swarmed by the paparazzi as she left in the transparent outfit.

Be sure to check out the additional Lady Gaga photo coverage.

Madonna Works the Pole

Madonna on the pole

Who's that girl?

Is she a fitness model working out on stage or perhaps a leader of the pack?

Anyway, in a burst of sustained energy that would put any 20ish or 30ish Hollywood actress to shame, Madonna's Sticky and Sweet Concert Tour burst upon Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

Looking more like a fitness model than a singer, Madonna took to the pole in a very streetish outfit - orange boxer shorts, just above the knee black stockings with three white rings, and a black sleeveless zippered vest.

With hair flying, Madonna took a fling around the pole mounted on a moveable dj booth on stage.

She really got her into her groove to the beat of Into The Groove, vigorously skipping rope and playing double dutch in a routine that would give any aerobics dancer a vigorous cardiovascular workout.

Joining Madonna on stage was Justine Timberlake who performed a duet to the tune of 4 Minutes.

Also appearing with Madonna on stage was Britney Spears.

Hayden Panettiere in revealing, plunging blouse

Among the celebrities spotted in the audience were Carrie Underwood, Hayden Panettiere, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Amanda Bynes, Kate Moss, Dennis Quaid and Fergie.

Hayden Panettiere look for the event could overshadow any singing pop diva outfit.

Hayden topped off her very open toe black high heel stiletto heels with a pair of very tight matador pants and plunging open black blouse with golden chocker neck tie necklace and black golden trimmed bag.

Her bright red toes, heels and lipstick glowed from the basic sexy back top outfit.

Hayden is one of those sexy young actresses who is pushing the envelope on fashion, by creating a very hot, sexy, cutting edge fashion look.

Perhaps she will become the next fashion HERO.

Besure to check out the video clip for more music, and hot moves from Madonna and crew plus the fans reaction to the concert.
