Phil Says He Wants Angel To Come... And Watch Him Play Football

The dashing Pinoy-British Azkal's striker proves that he's serious in wooing Angel Locsin.

Phil Younghusband, in an interview with ABS-CBN News' Bottomline last Friday, said that he has already introduced the Kapmamilya actress to his mother, Susan.

The hunky football player told the interview that the two most important women in his life right now have become good friends.

Phil said, "My mom loves Angel. she really really likes her."

He said it may have been because of Locsin's down to earth character and the actress' hardworking attitude that made his mom like Angel.

There'll be an international football match on July 3 in Manila and Younghusband hopes that Angel will come to watch him kick some Sri Lankan ass.

“I love being with Angel. .. She’s sobrang busy. It’s hard to see her but I understand. I love being with her," Phil then told Bottomline, "I hope she comes”

Todays The Buzz' episode got an enormous serving of  red "cheese" when Angel Locsin received 4 different gifts -on air- from her rumored "boyfriend," Phil Younghusband.

Phil was not around so Charlene Gonzales-Muhlach did the honor of giving the presents to Locsin - one by one - while the audience, i guess they were PhilGel's, cheered  like there's no tomorrow. 

First was a personalized card from the Azkals striker, who extended some greetings with the success of her latest movie, "In The Name of Love." 

And then came the red tumbler, which said "Dear angel, i thirst for your affection, Phil"

Angel blushed and was speechless while his leading man's wife, Charlene teased her about an imaginary comb for her hair that has grown too long. (it's a gay thing)

The TV and Movie actress also got a pillow with a note that says, “to make sure you’re always comfortable” whenever she goes on trip and a white puppy/teddy bear “to cuddle when I’m not there.”

“Nagulat ako. First time na may gumawa sa akin ng ganito." Angel answered when Gonzales asked her about how did she feel that Younghusband did all these "sweet" things for her.

"Ganito pala ang feeling. I’m very thankful sa time and effort. Si Phil parang nararamdaman ko na gusto niya lagi lang akong happy kahit alam niya na hindi pa ako ready, na kailangan ko pa ng time. Kinikilig ako”

Angel Locsin and Phil Younghusband, together with Bubbles Paraiso, were seen tonight for Podium's 9pm block screening of  "In The Name Of Love."

Yesterday, when Locsin was asked  why his "suitor" was not around during the premiere of her new movie, the TV actress told PEP that Phil wanted to give respect for her leading men.

Angel also admitted that she was kind of shy to let Phil see her doing some sexy-steamy scenes with Aga Muhlach and Jake Cuenca.

Younghusband instead attended Justin Bieber's concert last night with his brother, James.

Younghusband's Twitter message last Feb 10, 2011 asking Locsin to be her Valentine's date has come a long way. The date never happened, but they get to meet days after.

Now, Phil Youghusband admits that he and Kapamilya actress Angel Losin are exclusively dating. 

The 'crush ng bayan' has made the announcement in an interview with ABS-CBN's SNN.

Phil recounted, while talking with Boy Abunda, the nervousness that he felt the first time he saw Angel.
“Yes yes. I didn't know what to do. Hindi ko alam anong gagawin.”

The Azkal's striker has also described Angel as "one of the kindest people, nicest people you ever meet. "
Phil also told Boy that he's really happy with Locsin because she's "sobrang masipag and talented."

Hmm, we'll see more about this "exclusive stuff" in the coming days.

Philippines' soccer star-let Phil Younghusband is rumored to have a child from a girl (of course) in Visayas... IloIlo, to be exact.

The Azkals' striker, who is now courting actress and commercial model Angel Locsin, has denied the accusation.

"Hindi totoo. Hindi ko alam where it came from. Ako ay walang anak at walang babae doon sa Iloilo. Hindi totoo yan," (It's not true. I don't know where it came from. That is not true.)

The pride of the Philippines, Team Azkals, took a break from the soccer field and did some hot modeling in Editorial for Preview Magazine's March 2011 issue. It appeared, they went straight to the shoot without taking a shower, at-least they all looked dirty and... what? 

Just today (March 25, 2011) the Azkals bit Bangladesh in the neck with a score of 3-0 in favor of the dogs. This marks the first time that a Pinoy team has qualified for the AFC Challenge Cup
