Why Haley Reinhart Got Eliminated? - American Idol, Season 10 Results Night

Why Haley Reinhart Got Eliminated? - American Idol, Season 10 Results Night Top 3
Haley Reinhart Sent Home on Idol Tonight

Today's elimination sent Haley Reinhart home.
I'm a big fan that's why i am kind of sad about what happened.
I think part of the blame goes to Jimmy Iovine and the Judges.
To Iovine because he chose a lame-ass ethereal song for Haley in round 2, and to the judges,  for choosing Alanis Morissete's You Ought To Know, because it not in any way, did good for her.
Maybe these four, Iovine and the judges,  have had a demolition plan to whack her out.. and this bee-yawtch in the name of Jennifer Lopez and her diva-syndrome attitude yesterday really irked me to high heavens.

Okay, i'm just being bitter. :)
With over 95 million votes, America has the last say, and they did not like Haley. If you would analyze, Lauren has got the girls votes, and Scotty has the girls votes too - girls with crushes on him.
Which leave us with Haley, who has i think has the "high society" votes, and to tell you honestly, people with class are quite a few. *Wink

I just hope that our dear Haley will soon record a song and release an album. She'll do fine, she has more potential to conquer the music scene than the lame Lauren and the Elvis-like, swagger-ly handsome, Scotty.

Haley Reinhart Performs 'Earth Song' on Idol, Top 4 - Video

The Mind Slut said: She could have picked a better song, but at least Reinhart did her best for this one. I am not sure if i like it. Nevertheless, she's a star and no one can't take that away from her.
Randy and Jennifer, please, quit b*tching with Haley!

Song: I Who Have Nothing
Artist: Tom Jones

Steven said: You just Reinharted yourself into next week
JLo said: That was amazing. One of the best performances of the year.
Randy said: Baby, you just had a moment here which put you in it to win it. This is what you have to do one of your best emotions ever

The Mind Slut said: Wow! I had goosebumps all over. A tasteful cover. That was the most kick-ass performance that i have seen this year. Truly, an Idol front runner. She's the f*ckin one!

Scotty and Lauren Sing "Up On The Roof," Casey and Haley Perform "I Feel The Earth Move" - American Idol Season 10, Top 6, Carole King-Themed Performances

The Top 6 remaining Idol hopefuls brought nostalgia on stage by singing the hits of Carole King in tonights episode of American Idol Season 10.

Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina Sing "Up On The Roof"
These two contestants have a "distinct" chemistry that makes their duets quite phenomenal - in the past
I just love the fact that Lauren seems at-ease whenever she performs with Scotty, how i wish she could pull off that kind of confidence in her solo performances.
With regard to their duet, i don't think they got it right this time - it fell flat on the floor.

Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart brought flavor in tonights show with this performance. Seriously, i enjoyed every moment of it. Their husky and cranky voice when combined is pleasing to the ears.
One little comment that i have for this number is there ain't much connection between the two of them - i'm sure they'll work this "issue" out. Ha?

Watch: Casey Abrams Sings "Hi De Ho"
Watch: Haley Reinhart Sings "Beautiful"

These pricks, James Durbin and Jacob Lusk, sang this one just because they need to. LOL!
What do you expect, there will be no chemistry because first of all Durbin isn't gay.
So the "Broke Back Mountain" connection sh*t that the AI producers are trying to pull off in this performance will not work, OKAY?

Watch: Jacob Lusk Sings "Oh No Not My Baby"

Casey and Haley Rule The Night, Stefano Is In Danger - American Idol, Top 7 Performances

Photo: Michael Becker/FOX

In today's episode of American Idol Season 10, The Top 7 Idol-hopefuls rocked the songs of the 21st century.
Some sounded pleasantly "current," while a few got left behind years ago - performance wise.
So what? Idol castoffs, Ashthon Jones, Karen Rodriguez, Thea Megia, Naima Adepapo, and last week's eliminated-Twilight-star-h*oker Paul McDonald surprised everyone when they "resurrected" on the show.
Well, so what?

Scotty McCreery was the "opening act" and for the first time, i got bored watching. Like LeAnn Rhime's thinning-almost bulimic body, Scotty's style has gotten, hmm, a little uninteresting. Definitely, this 17-year old cowboy needs improvement. (See Scotty's "Swingin'" Performance)

Scary! The drummer boy James Durbin, complete with spooky dramatic entrance and a "marching band," reeked in screaming Muse's havoc throughout his performance. With that "window-breaking" high notes, he should have been included in Scream 4. (See James' "Uprising" Performance)

And then comes Haley, clad in a striking red dress. She did a cover of Adelle's "Rolling In The Deep." This Haley girl has her own style, that sexy growling - it'll bring her millions.(See Haley's "Rolling In The Deep" Performance)

Bring on the drama, here comes the male Oprah. Jacob Lusk's emotions flew to high heavens, well, god must have forgotten to send his vocal "control" back to earth. If he wants to act, just ask for JHud's advice. As for his singing, same old brand new Jacob. *sigh (See Jacob's "Dance With My Father" Performance)

Casey knows how to make a scene, the kind that people will remember you with (and will make them vote for you too.) With what he sang today, he's worth every dollar that America will spend on their "cool vice," that is, VOTING FOR THEIR IDOL BETS. This judges' saved contestant elevated his performance this week with a surprise "kiss." Jeez, i hope it ain't Judas kiss.(See Casey's "Harder To Breathe" Performance)

Stefano Langone, the Italiano boy-toy, laid all his cards on stage. He did some "pimp dancing" so the votes will come "Closer." He's more like of a pornstar to me now, yeah with that sexy outfit, but you see he may be in danger tomorrow. What if Langone's time has come? Can Mama Mia, JLo handle it? (See Stefano's "Closer" Performance)

Who closed the show? Lauren Alaina. Have you noticed how intricate her hairstyle is every week? I just hope that her confidence is at par with her hair-do, for me she's still holding back. Thank god, she has a lot of girl fans that will, maybe, bring her into the Top 4 spot? We'll see. (See Alaina's "Born To Fly" Performance)

Haley Reinhart Rolls In The Deep - American Idol, Top 7 Performance

Photo: Michael Becker/FOX

Song: Adelle, "Rolling In The Deep"
Steven said: "You did what you do best"
Jennifer said:"There were moments when you actually brought Haley to it..and that's where I thought you really shined"
Randy said: "I think that you have that amazing thing in you as a singer."

The Mind Slut says: "I love the "grunts" that she incorporated to Adelle's serene song, This Haley has poured lots of character in her performance. Very Nice"

American Idol, Top 9 Performances: Haley Reinhart Brings It, Scotty McCreery Oozes with Sexyness

From Haley Reinhart's captivating "Piece of My Heart" number to James Durbin's sleepy George Harrison cover, this week's Top 9-Rock-and-Roll-themed show balances between great and lame performances on both ends.

Photo: Fox

It's no denying that Haley Reinhart has rocked the house down twice since last week. From a struggling curly underdog to a must-watch growling-punk every show, Reinhart only proves she's in it to win it

I do hope that Haley's fans will vote for her tonight because  like what ousted contestant Naima Adedapo has said, "Once the american girls have a crush, we're done."

Speaking of America's crush, If there's one contestant that i don't get tired of watching, it's Scotty McCreery.
His Elvis Presly's 'That's All Right Mama" performance today is a stunner, it feels like i am watching his own  concert. Watch this video and wait for Scotty's "killer look" in the end
.

I am pretty sure that tonight,  all the american girls will be dialing their phone to vote for the juicy Scotty with their panties down on the floor. Damn, I ain't be surprised if he'll be the next American Idol.

Surprise! After being almost eliminated last week, Paul McDonald pours his artist/performer sh*t and jives it all out with his Folsom Prison Blues song number. Well, the unique tone of his voice matches the electrifying  jam that he brings  today - bigtime!

Now what about the others?

Lauren Alaina's "Natural Woman" hits the right spot for her not to be eliminated this week. I am starting to like her.

Pia Toscano sings the up-tempo Tina Turner's "River Deep, Mountain High" - Jeez, awkward movements and  lifeless! I mean, belting high notes is no guarantee that you'll win, you have to show some flavor girl.

Jacob Lusk shows us his reflection as he sings "Man In The Mirror." Now, i am personally asking Jacob to change his ways, or else fans may get bored watching him.

Jeniffer Lopez' boy, Stefano Langone did nothing new this week. His r&b-ish "When A Man Loves A Woman" appears a little forced, and he's somewhat struggling with his phrasing.

Judges' saved Casey Abrams and James Durbin deliver lame and soggy numbers this week, i have this feeling one of them is going home tomorrow.
What do you think?

AI Recap: Stefano Langone Touches Jennifer Lopez, Scotty McCreery Stays in The Zone

The American Idol Season 10 finalists sang Elton John classics this week. Some contestants made their stars spark while others just stayed the same, in short, they did not do anything new.

So here are some of my favorites for this week's American Idol Episode...

Scotty McCreery proved, once more, that he's the real country-hottie-puss-slayer. Armed with his guitar and a pair of sexy boots, he came out really dashing and ended his performance with an amazing "low note."
Scotty McCreery
Jennifer Lopez liked his amazing instincts about performing and about what's right for him. Randy Jackson commented he has seasoned so fast in the show. Well, the thing that i like about Scotty is he does not need to do any gimmicks to be noticed. He just sings, and he nails it every time.

What's different today? Stefano Langone, who obviously took note about the judges' comments with regard to "connection," opened his eyes throughout his presentation. Good Job!

The Italian contestant, who tripped into the bottom three last week, did his take on Elton's "Tiny Dancer." As the song neared its end, he walked into the judges table and reached his arms, Randy jokingly aimed his hand at Langone, but JLo was fast enough to get the Italian hunk's touch. Flirting galore? LOL
Stefano Langone
She growled, she rocked, Mr. Tyler said she sings sexy, yes, she  just did!
Haley Reinhart finally nailed it tonight. You see she has this angst inside her, been rooting for her since day one. I am not sure if she'd make it trough the rough cut tomorrow, but at least - she showed the world her awesome vocal talent.
Haley Reinhart
Casey Abrams did an emotional and toned down performance of "Your Song." It could be Elton John's song, but the way he delivered it, very, very,  Casey.
Did Casey deserve the American Idol Judges' save last week? Effin' yeah! The way he sang tonight, My god, he blew me away - I think you would agree on me this time.

Casey Abrams

So what about Pia Toscano and Jacob Lusk? Weren't they good? Yes, in fact they do perform great stuff every time, but you see, things are getting a little boring for the two of them.

James Durbin, the eclectic singer who sang "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting", gave out  an over the top "almost-irritating" performance.  (with all that fire and punk-feel that was incorporated on stage, pffft!)
Thia Megia delivered the goods. It was an awesome emotional number, the one that you can feel. However, i wasn't stunned. But she sang my name, "Daniel," LOL, so i love her.
Lauren Alaina was in the same boat like Thia. She sings good, but there's something that is lacking. I don't know. do you?
I agree with Randy when she said that Naima Adidapo was a little corny tonight.
Please, for the love of god, dear  Paul McDonald, throw away those flowery suit.
