Isang advantage kung summer ang pagiihaw sa labas ng steak tips at syempre pa pusit and tuyo.  Hindi magkakaroon ng funky smell ang loob ng bahay mo.  'Lam naman ninyo pag winter eh amoy adobo, tuyo, inihaw na pusit at ginisang bagoong ang bahay ng pinoy dito sa US of A.  Ingat lang baka ireklamo ka ng neighbors mo.  "Hey what the hell is that smell! Call the cops!" 

Ang panalong katernong sawsawan sauce sa beef o spare ribs ay ang Pappy's Not Made in China BBQ and Dipping Sauce o ang Habanero BBQ Sauce From Hell na me kasamang kupon ng Preparation H.  Datu Puti suka at bawang naman sa tuyo.  Ala e throw another tuyo on the barbie kabayan!

 

Is it just me or medyo kamukha ni Erap yung me tinidor sa itaas.

Masarap ang inuman ng barkada kung kumpleto sa pulutan.  Panalo ang sisig, inihaw na pusit, manok, baboy, kilawin at inihaw na panga ng tuna. Pero minsan medyo kapos at malayo pa ang katapusan kaya mani, Only Puke, chicharon at sipol na lang ang pinagtiyagaan.

Ang sarap tuloy kumain ng halo-halo na may munggo, kidney beans, garbanzos, kaong, macapuno, langka, star apple, sago, nata de coco, ube, kamote, pinipig, gulaman, at leche flan. Ay leche, tumulo tuloy ang laway ko. Me ice cream pa sa ibabaw. Sarap!
